Assuming that I was traumatized by the negative reviews despite paying with PayPal, it all arrived within 15 days. The famous "gift" bracelet doesn't look so bad, I tried to force the closure but it doesn't come off. All okay then, I will order again from Gnoce, they are a valid company.

The products are lovely, fit on my pandora bracelet very nicely. The delivery is ATROCIOUS!! it takes forever for them to arrive.

Second time I buy from Gnoce.
My first order in 2019 was a bad experience especially in regards to shipment delays (took forever) and i gave gnoce a dreadful review but I must say this order went really smoothly.
Don’t be fooled by the name « gnoce new york », it comes from China which explains a lot in regards to shipment.
However i ordered on dec 29th and was surprised to get my package today, less than 10 days later even though there was new year and so on which brings me to rhe conclusion that customers should probably try to order out of heavy traffic period such as christmas and valentine day.
I like gnoce charms because they are more fun than pandora’s and they do photo charms too, which pandora doesnt. Quality looks cheaper than’pandora and color tends to wear off (my golden camel charm bought in 2019 has become silver now) but contrary to what i thought when i first ordered, they did not break so quality is ok. Price is good especially on special offers. I recommend you use real pandora bracelets though as gnoce bracelets are known to be less resistant. Free bracelets from gnoce (offeres if you buy more than a certain amount) are crap, they are metal not sterling silver, don’t use them :)
But overall, gnoce is not a scam, buyers should just be advised shipment delays can vary from very short to very long.

So happy with my purchase from Gnoce. Parcel came relatively quickly, I had missed it in my post box and therefore didn’t think it had arrived. Emailed to ask where the parcel was and got a response back very quickly so happy with customer service. My charm is lovely so overall very happy and would buy from here again.

Great customer service. I wrote an email regarding the shipping arrangement and got a quick and detailed reply. And the charms look absolutely amazing with good quality !!!!! Will definitely come for a second shopping !!!!!!

I made a mistake in the order and they were very understanding, recalled it from the shipper, amended it and resent it. They were very helpful on both online chat and email.

I ordered a bracelet that was too small for me. When I asked what I should do, I had a very quick and positive response from Gnoce, and ended up with a replacement bracelet, in a new size, at minimal cost. I also love all the charms I purchased at the same time.

I ordered the daschund charm for my friend, it arrived quickly and In excellent condition as always.
I had to speak to the customer satisfaction team as 2 orders had gone through by mistake, I spoke to Mandy and she was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue

My daughter loves the charms and bracelet, she has the black. I just received 2 x cat and a guns and roses charms, they are gorgeous, she will want more. They came in a lovely presentation bag and box. Also you get a free bracelet, another present for someone. X
